Business Development Executive Permanent - In-house

Education – Graduation mandatory

Monthly Salary –Up-to 20,000 + 3% Incentives on Sales

Working hours +:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday) +:30 am to 1:30 pm (Saturday)

Job location - 608, Titanium square, Hazira-Adajan Rd, Opp Income Tax Office, Adajan, Surat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Role – Business Development Executive (BDE)

1. Reaching out using cold emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, other freelance sites, and other strategies to close content writing projects from international clients.

2. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, along with developing customized, targeted sales strategies.

3. Scheduling online meetings with clients to secure orders.

4. Creating and maintaining a database (portfolio) of prospective clients.

5. Will be responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.

6. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.

7. Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Managing offshore clients (Mainly USA, UK, or Australia).

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar fields will be preferred.

2. 1-2 years of prior experience in business development or similar roles.

3. Strong command of the English language (English medium education preferred).

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Preferable experience in cold calling, emailing prospects, and LinkedIn approach.

6. Preferrable experience with bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.

7. Confident, Persuasive, and Goal-oriented.

8. Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

+. Experience working with MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.

10. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Should be able to meet deadlines.

12. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
