Job Title: Business Development Executive – Tele Sales (Corporate & Bulk Gifting)

Role Summary
This is a B2B Tele-Sales role focused on driving revenue through outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship management within the corporate gifting segment. The role demands strong persuasion skills, pipeline management, and the ability to close bulk gifting deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, HR teams, admin departments, and purchase managers
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, databases, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation
Pitch customized corporate and bulk gifting solutions over calls/virtual meetings
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → follow-ups → closure
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
3. Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients
Ensure repeat business and client retention through regular follow-ups
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions
4. Proposal & Coordination
Share quotations, proposals, and product options with clients
Coordinate with internal teams (design/operations) for timely order execution
Ensure smooth post-sales support and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
Key Skills:
Strong communication and convincing ability (voice-based sales)
Proven ability in cold calling and lead conversion
Negotiation and closing skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Email communication)
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English
