Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct Market Research to map relevant schools, colleges & tuition classes into prospect lists and source relevant student databases from various channels.
Develop a Go To Market plan in sync with Competition analyses.
Plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly Outreach activities in advance.
Initiate sales opportunities by setting qualified meetings within a focused prospect list. Work closely with the Team to implement territory/account penetration plans.
Generate qualified leads through all marketing activities/events such as seminars, workshops, quizzes, etc.
Collaborate with Manager - Student Relations to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
Learn the tools used in Sales Process towards a career in Marketing & Sales.
Travel to prominent institutions outside Vadodara to meet prospects face to face and promote our products when required.
Acquaint yourself with product knowledge (IELTS, GRE, GMAT etc.) to be able to handle inquiries.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in-person
Regularly coordinate with business partners to generate optimum output for the company.
To be able to multitask with other duties as per requirement.
Requirements:
- Any graduate, with outstanding communication skills is a prerequisite.
- Skilled at initiating phone discussions and overcoming objections.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google Sheet.
- Proficiency in using social networking tools to help canvas an account (Facebook, Instagram)
- Sales experience is preferred.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
