Immediate Requirement of Business Development Executive(B2B Fresher) in Pune.
Responsibility:-
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
• Integrate with overseas education consultants to drive growth
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Meet planned sales goals and track sales goals, reporting results as necessary
• Coordinate with the team on lead generation
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the forex and remittance industry for students
• Strong knowledge of remittance products and services for students
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
