Business Development Executive/Manager
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our company. This includes researching and identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Experience : 3 - 7 years
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and industry trends
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development plans
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development efforts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, or any related field
• MBA is an added advantage
• 3-7 years of experience in a business development or sales role
• Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
