Roles & Responsibilities
• Create and maintain database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation
• Cold Calling potential prospects to fix meetings with them
• Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography
• Meeting weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings
• Maintaining a sales pipeline
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes):
• 3 to 10 years of experience
• Bachelor or Masters in Sales or Marketing
• Previous with service sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction industry shall be preferred
• Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage
• Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner
• Good communication skills
