Job Description
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), team management skills, time management skills, fast learner, self‐ motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer approach, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good knowledge in Lead generation, Cold Calling, Closing Sales, Daily Reporting, marketing activities.
• 3-5 years of successful sales and business development track record in selling & Marketing ERP products
Experience / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equal academic qualification with 3+ years of experience in ERP product.
Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads for new sales through call, internet marketing & local marketing.
• Identify sales prospects from various channels
• Consolidate leads from Linkedin Sales Navigator, demo/ workshop registrations, collateral downloads and convert them to sales opportunities
• Promptly respond to general queries via e-mail, message & call
• Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
• HubSpot Management
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
• Preparation of marketing plan
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
• To achieve sales targets & expand the working avenues
• Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
• Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors- data, their offerings and pricing strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
• Coordinating Physical & Virtual marketing events.
• Support designer to preparation of - Webinar PPT, Social Media Post, Blog Post, Banners, Brochure, PamphletWebsite support - Wireframe, Form, Design
