Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will lead the deal origination function of Merchant Banking Industry for the geography.
Developing new markets for existing service offering such as Public issues-Main Board & SME, Open offers, Delisting and other fund raising/advisory services and generating new business oppurtunities with market analyses and competitive assessments.
Willing to travel extensively for meetings, interacting with Professionals, Promoters and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
Mature Outlook, strong people engagement and persuasive skills to place the business / service offering idea with clients and close the deal.
Well-presented, excellent oral and written communication skills .
Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Finance) / Chartered Accountant.
Required Experience: Min 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in business development / Client interaction/Deal Sourcing/Financial services sector.
