OptimHire is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech Sales
What you'll be doing
• Responsible to deliver top-line & bottom-line quotas month on month Drive client engagement through regular meetings and calls/demos.
• ÂDevelop a thorough understanding of each and every account including Decision makers in different departments, business verticals, locations Grow business in each and every account by increasing the share of requirements in the services offered currently and adding new business lines locations to increase business multifold.
• ÂWork with cross-functional teams in the organization to achieve the above Identify cross/up-sell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the client business and engagement with Xoxo day.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Ideal ProfileCandidates from companies like Byju, WhiteHat Jr, Un academy will be preferred.
What you need to succeed in this role
• At least 2-4 years of work experience in Senior Business Development Executive Role (B2B ) Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech solutions and similar enterprise solutions.
• ÂExcellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to do demo via hangouts / Zoom, and follow up with decision maker till the contract is signed.Â
• Ability to manage clients independently with minimum supervision
• Candidates from companies like Byju, WhiteHatjr, Unacademy will be preferrable.
