Job Description
Executives in sales and marketing conduct research and create sales and marketing plans for a business. As a sales and marketing executive, you are also in charge of keeping track of sales data, maintaining customer relationships, and producing performance reports.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Makes product knowledge readily available to self
Finds ways to sell products in the market
Researches client base to find new types of customers through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and understanding their needs.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Meeting and visiting client for demonstration.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
