Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Operations and Legal Faculty. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations and the effective delivery of legal education to our students. Key Responsibilities:
Academic Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end academic operations, including curriculum planning, scheduling, and execution of classes.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies to enhance student learning and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the academic progress of students, providing regular feedback and support.
• Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of course content.
Teaching and Mentoring:

• Prepare comprehensive study materials, practice papers, and mock tests to facilitate effective student preparation.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic counseling to students, addressing their individual learning needs and concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of law and incorporate them into the teaching curriculum.
Operational Management:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning environment.
• Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, attendance, and records management.
• Coordinate with the management team to plan and organize workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere within the academy.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and other stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with external partners, legal professionals, and guest lecturers to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on academic performance, operational issues, and student feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master's degree or higher (LLM, Ph.D.) is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in law, preferably in a coaching or academic institution setting.
• Strong knowledge of the CLAT exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
