Role Overview
We are hiring Marketing graduates who are passionate about Sales, Technology, and Business Growth.
As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with senior sales leaders to identify business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and contribute to revenue growth in the Cloud & IT Infrastructure space.
This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B Sales, Enterprise Clients, and Solution Selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Understand client IT infrastructure requirements and position suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions for senior sales managers.
Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate (Marketing / International Business / IT / Operations)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Interest in B2B Sales, IT Services, or Cloud Technology.
Comfortable with client interaction and outbound sales.
Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
