We're looking for a Business Development Executive, who will bring an energetic and data-driven approach to achieving goals for one of the fastest-growing start-ups.
RESPONSIBILITIES : -
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Highly target-driven individual.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
REQUIREMENTS : -
• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Goal oriented & analytical mind-set
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Early stage start-up experience is a plus
