Job Role:
We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Business Development Intern that is keen to get to know our business by assisting identification, development and implementation of business opportunities related to plastic waste conversion into building materials. Together with our team, the intern will work closely with the business development team to conduct market research, gather data and participate in meetings where you will be requested to take minutes, identify potential partners and customers, and assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
The Intern must be eager to help with any chores that are given to you by a supervisor if he/she wants to succeed as an intern. Along with helping with ongoing campaigns, you will participate in new projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and customers.
Assist in the development of business plans and strategies.
Help in creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Help in the negotiation and closing of deals.
Provide support to the business development team as needed.
Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.
Performing research at a supervisor's request.
Learn and gain experience.
Take on an increasing amount of responsibility.
Assist and contribute to the team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to details.
