Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your career in business development and B2B sales? We are seeking passionate and driven freshers to join our team as Business Development Trainee. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

· Analyse competitor strategies and gather market intelligence.

Lead Generation:

· Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media networking.

· Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target audience.

Client Engagement:

· Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our products/services.

· Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

· Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Sales Presentations:

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.

· Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our products/services.

Sales Pipeline Management:

· Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software.

· Monitor and track the progress of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Relationship Building:

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

· Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.

Reporting:

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.

Training and Development:

· Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques through training programs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (candidates with a relevant diploma or certification may also be considered).

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

· Highly motivated and target-oriented.

· Basic understanding of B2B sales principles is a plus.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 0 to 06 Months

Salary: 15000/- per month

Only Delhi NCR Candidates preferable

Location: Hybrid
