Role Description-
The roles and responsibilities of a Business Development Intern focused on post-sales, client relationship management, and client retention include:
• Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring they understand the products or services and how to use them effectively.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide support to clients after a sale is completed, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients by ensuring high satisfaction levels, addressing feedback, and preventing churn.
• Follow-Up Communication: Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and inform them of new features or services.
• Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience.
• Data Analysis: Analyze client data to identify patterns, opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams (like marketing, sales, and product) to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and retention metrics to help the team understand client needs and improve services.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, client behavior, and competitors, helping to develop better client retention strategies.
• Events and Workshops- Host regular events and workshops in-house and in collaboration with other institutes to drive sales.
Duration- 6 months
Place- Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Mode- In-office
Stipend- 15k to 25k (Plus incentives based on targets)
Requirements-
• Should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.COM/ BBA/ Economics/ or any Commerce field) or pursuing the same.
• Should be able to commute from office.
• Should have a laptop.
• Should be proficient in English.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Candidates from Ahmedabad or candidates who are willing to relocate to Ahmedabad should apply.
