Roles & Responsibilities
• Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs and pain-points.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent service.
• Planning and overseeing growth strategies and marketing initiatives. Preparing impressive presentations and sales displays.
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
• Working proactively to create more impact and providing management with daily feedback.
• Achieving Business targets in terms of the number of clients as well as the contributing towards company’s growth
Essential skills
• Good knowledge of Indian markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
• Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with complete ownership of work.
