Job Description for Business Development Internship
Responsibilities
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Explain product features, unique offerings of ixamBee for converting users into paid customers.
Take continuous feedback for further improvement.
Participate in team discussion for making customer engagement and sales process better.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Maintaining client records.
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Running outbound lead generating campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.)
Maintaining client activities in CRM
Requirements:
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work independently without any monitoring and supervision
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
Strong analytical skills to understand users’ behavior for marketing and sales
Qualifications:
● MBA, preferably in marketing and operations
● Keen to make career in sales and ability and desire to sell
● Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) and Hindi (Speaking)
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet
