Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT staff augmentation industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads.
• Utilize industry networks and events to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Cycle Management:
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within established sales quotas.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for expansion.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
Market Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market insights.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruiting, delivery, operations) to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback with the organization.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the IT staff augmentation industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, pricing, and competition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with a variety of IT staffing services (e.g., contract staffing, direct hire, project-based).
• Knowledge of specific IT domains (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity).
• Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
