Superset is India's largest University Recruitment Platform- a placement automation tool for universities and a digital campus hiring platform for employers. Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.

We are a Blume Ventures backed startup (exited 2026), backed by Great Learning and BYJU's, simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do?
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
• Target large corporate enterprises in the region with >5,000 employees
• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, demos, follow-up, sending proposals, price negotiation, and contracting
• Identify and manages the right stakeholders using LinkedIn/Fundoodata, etc. in companies that hire from campus, find their contact information, cold call/email them and present the platform to them
• Set up and do new meetings each week and give detailed platform demos
• Over time, build and guide a team of young & experienced BDMs
• Help to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them
• Provide advice on product development, and distribution and promotion strategies
• Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile
• Use Zoho CRM to regularly update all sales information daily

Requirements | You'll be a great addition to the team if:
• You should have minimum 5 years of experience in selling technology products to HR leaders in large corporates.
• Team leadership (hiring, mentoring. Management, target delivery) experience is a bonus.
