Role Purpose:
As a Lead BD with Covansis IT Services LLP (www.covansis.com), youll be responsible to drive growth of the company by generating new business opportunities, do strategic planning and managing accounts
To achieve assigned Sales targets (both in revenue and volumes)
This involves maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation
Key Role Deliverables:
Research of target market & customers - Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Cold calling
Lead generation - Identify prospective clients through various marketing channels
Team handling
Mentor & coach the team members
Participate in proposal drafting & sales activities
Data mining
Consistently meet or exceed business development goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts
Develop and execute presales / sales plan
Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client's buying cycles, target demographics and Account Management
Minimum Skills:
Only international sales experience will be considered eligible
Proven capabilities of service selling in contact center space
Extensive experience in the BPO/Non-BPO domain for at least 2-3 years
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Presales domain
Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
Should have good knowledge of MS-office; specially MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint to carry out his own tasks & reporting
