About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships, seek out new business opportunities, and work closely with our service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction across commercial cleaning and housekeeping operations.
Responsibilities include:
Developing new business leads and partnerships
Strengthening client relationships
Preparing tailored proposals and service pitches
Representing our companies at industry events
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales or business development (preferably in cleaning, facilities, or service sectors)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Understanding of cleaning operations is a plus
