Roles and responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

· Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

· Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about our modular kitchen and interior design offerings.

Lead Management:

· Handle the qualified leads from online platforms.

· Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Sales Coordination:

· Work closely with the sales team to schedule consultations, site visits, and product demonstrations.

· Assist in preparing and sharing quotations, catalogs, and brochures with potential clients.

Customer Support:

· Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.

· Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

Marketing Collaboration:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales campaigns and strategies.

· Share customer insights to help improve product offerings and promotional efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.

· Provide regular reports on online sales performance and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Experience: 1-5 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or modular kitchen industry.

· Education: Graduate in any discipline. A degree/diploma in Interior Design or Sales & Marketing is a plus.

· Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

o Familiarity with interior design concepts and trends is advantageous.
