We are expanding aggressively and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across international markets — focusing on generating, nurturing, and converting high-value outsourcing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, Payroll, and CFO Support services.
Generate leads through multiple channels — cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and Shared Services decision-makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses.
Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential industries, accounts, and decision-makers.
Track pipeline performance and sales metrics in CRM; maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with marketing for targeted campaigns, webinars, and content-driven lead generation.
Stay ahead of competitor movements and industry trends to position Confiance strategically.
Ideal Profile
7–10 years of experience in BPO / KPO / F&A Outsourcing / Technology-enabled Service Sales.
Proven track record in closing deals with international clients in professional services.
Strong understanding of outsourcing economics, delivery models, and client onboarding cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to grow into senior BD / Global Sales roles.
