Commission basis Structure Points
----------------------------------
1. Commission rate for BD at Fix Cost
$1000 < 5%
$1000 - $4+++ = 10%
$5000 - $++++ = 15%
$10000 - $20000 = 20%
$20000 > 25%
2. If Developer works hourly basis with client at $15/hr then BD will get 10% commission on hourly basis and if hourly rate is less then $15 then BD will get commission of 5%
3. If developer works on monthly basis with client, and if client is paying more then $2500/month then BD will get 8% and if client is paying less then $2500 then he/she will get 5%.
4. If Client give continuous work then we will give 2%-5% commission on every project though BD will not work on that project with client.
