We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the company by developing and applying effective business development strategies
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web and mobile development
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in IT service industry as a Business Development Manager or similar roles
• Good communication and negotiation skills alongside presentation abilities
• Ability to build rapport with leads
