JOB DESCRIPTION OF TEAM MANAGER
✧ Recruit Business Development Executives to hire.
✧ Identifying business opportunities and developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on them.
✧ Expand your business by seeking new consumers and markets.
✧ Establish goals and develop time-bound plans to attain them.
✧ Competitor and Market analysis to understand the trends.
✧ Product costing and pricing are based on market conditions.
✧If a team member fails to meet their goals, correct them and offer appropriate feedback.
✧Planning plans and budgets for sales and marketing activities is your responsibility.
✧Responsible for ensuring that all team members understand the plans and that they are implemented according to the company's guidelines.
✧Provide BD Team Members with periodic product and service training on our products
✧Responsible for maintaining accuracy in reporting and documentation
✧Revenue target 7x
Requirements:
It is required that you have prior sales experience.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Excellent ability to create presentations and communicate.
Ability to work in a variety of shifts and at various times.
