Hiring For Business Development Managers_WFO
· Identify and analyse potential opportunities for product specification and brand approval.
· Build healthy mix of projects with short term and long term perspective.
· Identify and analyse potential & key – Architects, Consultants, Project management Consultants, Developers, Contractors and Key customers.
· Identify and Analyse projects in Commercial, Retail, IT, Corporates, Mega projects (Malls, Campuses etc), Institutions, Hospitality, Healthcare, Large Residential developments, Infra Projects (Airports, Metros, railway stations, Bus stations etc).
· Maintain and regular update on CRM for Project building, project tracking, contact database.
· Effective monitoring of different stages of project such as nascent, pre-tender, post-tender, award of contract.
· Present full range of Prominance Architectural product portfolio and solutions by personal presentations, online presentation.
· Promote industry awareness of complete prominence Architectural products and solutions at fairs, conventions and other industry forums.
· Use of consultative selling approach to specify and develop project database.
· Understanding and specifying right product mix and solutions based on user budget and timeline.
· Effective communication with Head office for product feasibility and solution offering and reporting on customer feedback, product acceptance.
· Analyse Market trends, constant interaction with key customers on their preference, competitor analysis and reporting them to HO.
· Close monitor of key project specification and help sales team for smooth takeover for sales closure.
· Strive to achieve compliance of standards, code of conduct and ethical business practices.
· Provide all techno-commercial support to key stake holders in the sales cycle.
· Develop and organise local promotional strategies in accordance with company policy.
· Develop strong network with industry professionals.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
