Must Have:
4- + years experience In Business Development
Should come from Advertising/ Digital Marketing Agency background.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop a growth strategy/sales pipeline focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
· Initiate meetings with new potential clients through cold calls
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Constant follow-up with clients for agreement closure, payments and way-forwards
· Promote the company's services addressing or predicting client's objectives
· Prepare sales contracts on basis of client’s final requirement and scope of work
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record in advertising, media/agency
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiation skills.
