Role:
The Business Development Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition as well as handle assigned accounts. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions and upsell. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new and existing clients by means of portfolio expansion, and new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting client needs and exceeding client expectations.
This role requires you to visit the TeamLease office once a day, and have at least 2 physical meetings in a day with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for new client acquisition and farming the existing accounts.
• Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue Prospecting through cold calling and other channels
• Create healthy pipeline
• Ability to hunt and farm large accounts
• Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously
• Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
• Analyzing the latest marketing trends(including competition)
• Develop high-level relationships with CXOs
• Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectations on a regular basis
• Able to manage a large territory as an individual contributor.
Education & Experience
• Graduate/MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
• Experience:
o Min. 4 years of exp. in Corporate Sales
o Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
• High on learnability
