Job Description
4-5 years of relevant sales experience in BFSI sector
• Exposure and understanding of products in small ticket lending(secured and unsecured
• Responsible for origination of loan proposals - Property loans, business loans and Personal and two wheeler loans
• Understand the product construct of the Company and bring in the loan proposals in line with the company policy
• Engage with relevant teams in the company for case approvals and processing, escalate the matter, where required
• Assist the credit and risk teams in addressing any queries and gaps in loan application
• Work with various business leaders to execute the sales plan to meet organisational needs
• Experience of collection of EMIs for overdue loan amounts
