Product acquisition & activation Achieving targets on new accounts acquisition, cross-sell to new and existing accounts Analyse and understand the startup portfolio of the bank at a granular level to provide insights into improving the Smartup offering, run customized campaignsCross-sell Generate & Implement innovative ideas for incremental acquisition, cross-sell and process enhancement Problem solving/ trouble-shooting for customers by liaising with branches, other channels, product teams, support channels Represent the bank in sales/ strategic activities organized by the startup ecosystem Execution of Startup Initiatives Execute varied startup initiatives of the Bank to achieve entrenchment and develop referral sources for banking business Execute value-added startup initiatives like HNI Meets, Corporate Connect, Mentoring Sessions, SmartBuy listings among others Organize training for branches/sales team to enable them to sell and be updated with enhancements to Smart Up program Drive New to Bank Customer acquisition via events, customer calls and liaising with startup ecosystem players Submit regular regional MIS to drive improvements in product, process and structuring of new initiatives and solutions Conduct campaigns with help of Campaign & marketing team to promote offers, features and third party service providers to regional startup portfolioRegional MIS Create a regional MIS of startup needs met/ un-met by the Smartup offerings and value-added initiatives of the Bank Regional portfolio understanding to customize solutions, drives and events for maximum mutual benefit Track and deliver on the monthly/yearly achievement against the target
