Job Summary : Business Development & Lead generation Manager
Our company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
He must possess a thorough understanding of Overseas KPO and BPO , with 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and marketing related fields.
Looks at long-term strategic objectives while simultaneously prioritizing individual work to ensure timely delivery. Must be able to generate business through international markets.
This role requires the ability to liaise at all levels, both within the Company and with external organizations. Skilled in the use of reporting and communications tools - Excel, PowerPoint etc.
The candidate must have a proven track record of self-generated business alongside excellent relationship management.
• Responsibilities :
• Identify and optimize opportunities for business growth and development within the relevant business lines to ensure continued success and expansion of the business.
• Explore ways of generating leads, and the Importance of Customer satisfaction after confirmation.
• Develop proposals that address clients’ needs, concerns and objectives. The candidate must have a proven track record of self-generated business alongside excellent relationship management.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs and generate development ideas.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Identify and coordinate cross-selling opportunities from a large, global client bank of existing clients.
• Generating new leads and business, through your own network and by utilizing the resource available
• Give structured feedback to management about the quality of leads
• Providing weekly updates
