Job Description
4-5 years of relevant sales experience in BFSI sector Exposure and understanding of products in small ticket lending(secured and unsecured Responsible for origination of loan proposals - Property loans, business loans and Personal and two wheeler loans Understand the product construct of the Company and bring in the loan proposals in line with the company policy Engage with relevant teams in the company for case approvals and processing, escalate the matter, where required Assist the credit and risk teams in addressing any queries and gaps in loan application Work with various business leaders to execute the sales plan to meet organisational needs Experience of collection of EMIs for overdue loan amounts
