Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Web Spiders
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
• Close deals and meet sales targets
• Responding to clients' RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with teams in India, managing change requests and resolving any issues
• Conduct demonstrations of our services and solutions to potential clients
• Qualify leads and follow up to secure deals
• Familiarity with tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork
• Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful development strategies
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Strong desire to achieve targets
• Experience in selling digital services
• Ability to effectively demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients and close deals
• Knowledge of tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork is a plus.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building relationships with clients and effectively demonstrating our services and solutions. Familiarity with tenders such as Gebiz, Sesamy, Singapore Gov, and Upwork is desired.

In addition to finding new opportunities and closing deals, you will be responsible for coordinating with our teams in India, managing change requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. Attending conferences and networking events to generate new leads will also be part of your role.
