Job Description

• Purgesoft is seeking a highly talented Business Development Manager with an experience of 2-6 years for our sales team with a proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales within the software development industry.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand software development capabilities and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
• Monitor and track market developments, client feedback, and industry news to proactively identify opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the senior management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in software development and business development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in software development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective pipeline management
