We are a dynamic and innovative digital marketing and tech development agency seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our agency's goals and objectives.
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target industries, companies, and individuals for lead generation.
- Proactively generate high-quality leads through effective networking, prospecting, and lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our digital marketing and tech development solutions can address those needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, working closely with the CEO and legal team to ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to develop tailored solutions and project plans for clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, revenue projections, and market trends to senior management.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role within the digital marketing or tech development industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
- Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques, including LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
