Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, marketing history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate service assistance.
• Gather client's business requirements and assist in driving strategy, planning, execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Prospect potential new clients, call and meet them on a daily basis and maximize revenues to the organization.
• Assisting in negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Meet and work to exceed monthly revenue targets
• Constantly updating the database of clients, marketing agencies & media owners.
• Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with old and new clients to evaluate better results
• Developing a relationship with clients, agencies to help the organization reach the next level.
• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
• Deep understanding about digital marketing terminologies
• Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers / influencers within major clients and ad agencies
• Key account management and client servicing to grow existing clients and agency business
• Coordination with the delivery team to ensure delivery as per client expectations

Skills required-
• Should be an agency BD professional with experience of 4-5 years
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and pitching skills
• Should share great relationships with agencies & direct clients
• Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry.
• Should have In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics-
• Holds high standards of ethics and transparency
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
