JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Business Development Manager Location: Mumbai ( only ) Position start date: ASAP Duration: Full – time permanent Salary: As per industry standards. Position Summary: The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Skyluxe Aviations Pvt. Ltd., a leading Charter Flights Services Company. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Scope and Responsibilities: 1) Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 2) Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals. 3) Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term growth plans. 4) Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry associations. 5) Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility. 6) Identify and forge partnerships with strategic organizations, suppliers, and industry players. 7) Develop strategies to expand into new markets or geographic regions. 8) Adapt strategies based on evolving market dynamics and trends. +) Prepare and manage budgets related to business development activities. 10) Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Experience and Skills: a) Minimum 5 years proven work experience in Sales and/ or “VIP” tourism. b) Knowledge and awareness of current market conditions. c) Fluent in English, is a plus - written and verbal communication. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the aviation industry. - In-depth knowledge of charter flight services, aviation regulations, and industry trends. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to establish and nurture client and partner relationships. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools. - Willingness to travel as required. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
