Business Development Manager - Advertisement and Branding
Job Brief:
• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager in Advertisement and Branding to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advertising and branding sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing their accounts effectively.
• Prospect and cold-call potential clients, presenting the company's services and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitable deals.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising and branding solutions for clients.
• Work with project managers and account executives to ensure client projects are delivered successfully and on time.
• Set and meet sales targets and objectives, consistently growing the company's revenue.
• Develop pricing strategies and maintain profitability on client projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Generate regular reports on business development activities and performance.
• Experience successfully engaging and negotiating at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
Skills and qualifications
• Proven record of sales growth
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
• Should have a strong experience in business and sales growth techniques
• Should have a Strong experience in Advertising and Branding service, trends and industry standards.
• Exceptional project management skills
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Willingness to travel and meet clients are needed.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timing: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Preferred Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Madurai, Trichy, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kerala
