URGENT HIRING FOR BDM – DELHI
LOCATION- DELHI
INDUSTRY-CONSULTANCY
EXPERIENCE: 4+ YRS
SALARY PACKAGE: 6-12LPA
AGE: 28+
JD FOR BDM
• Knowledge of outsourcing, staffing
• Development and executive business development strategies to help generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target sectors, clients, and competitors.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions, and customer needs to drive business growth.
• Identify and purchase potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
• Build the maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions and services accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Prepare customized proposals, and present a quotation for clients.
• Collaboration with internal teams and conditions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutual agreement and client satisfaction.
Competencies Needed
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and enquiring new clients.
• Strong understanding of the HR Consultancy landscape, market dynamics, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, & presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build & maintain client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, Result-oriented, and capable and working independently as well as in a team.
