Key Responsibilities

Promote all company services in USA and in overseas and develop new client/vendor in market research industry. Promote company all services, Develop research panel and Consumer insight / expertise, relentlessly apply this knowledge to build growth as well as infuse this knowledge across global stakeholders. Inspire research suppliers to consistently deliver their best efforts: deliver actionable, clear, value-added understanding.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Â

Develop and execute the sales strategy for Frequent Research Services in the USA and other overseas market. Identify target industries and sectors, define sales goals and targets, and establish a plan to achieve revenue objectives.

Â

Identify and pursue business opportunities to generate new clients and expand the customer base. Actively prospect for new leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

Â

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the market research services. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their research needs, and provide tailored solutions. Nurture long-term client partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Possess a strong understanding of market research methodologies, tools, and best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to market research. Leverage this knowledge to effectively consult and advise clients on their research needs.

Lead and motivate the sales team responsible for Frequent Research Services in the USA and in Overseas. Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals. Provide guidance and support to help the team achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Collaborate with internal research teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and research capabilities. Work closely with researchers and analysts to understand project requirements, develop proposals, and deliver high-quality research solutions.

Develop accurate sales forecasts for Frequent Research Services in the USA and overseas. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and insights. Utilize data-driven analysis to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.

Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape, key competitors, and their offerings. Identify unique selling points and value propositions to differentiate the organization's market research services. Utilize this knowledge to develop effective sales pitches and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to promote market research services. Provide input on messaging, positioning, and market segmentation to ensure effective lead generation and brand awareness.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. Stay connected with industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.

Desired Profile

Required Business Development Expertise with 3-15 years of Experience with wide Knowledge to generate new business with overseas clients in market research domain for all industry verticals.

Â

In-depth knowledge and experience in market research methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and report generation.

Â

Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices. Experience in working with clients from diverse cultures and industries, understanding global market trends, and adapting research methodologies to various regions.

Proven track record in business development and sales, specifically within the market research industry. Experience in generating leads, pitching research solutions, and closing deals with international clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in overseas markets. Experience in understanding client needs, delivering customized research solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Client-centric approach and ability to upsell and cross-sell services.

Familiarity with the industry sectors targeted by the company. Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and key players within those sectors.

Proven ability to network and build relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners in international markets. Must have Attended conferences, trade shows, and industry events to establish connections and gain market insights.

Proposal Development: Experience in crafting compelling research proposals tailored to the needs of international clients. Ability to understand client objectives, develop research objectives and methodologies, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Strong project management skills to oversee the execution of international research projects. Experience in coordinating research teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of research insights to clients.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural differences and effectively communicate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds. Sensitivity to cultural nuances in conducting research and interpreting findings.

Ability to think strategically and identify market research opportunities in different international markets. Understanding of how market research can support clients' business objectives and drive decision-making.
