My-GEC V-Belt & Hardware Pvt Ltd, Rajkot, is a leading distributor in the industrial segment we work through a dealership network across Gujarat. After Short period, it will set up its dealer network across the country.

# Superage V-belt (In Economy Range)
# Pomson Oil & Greece (high-quality made by German technology)
The company is determined to increase the annual growth of the dealers made by the company. At present company has 70+ dealers in all our Gujrat.
Our Old Company Geeta Engineering Corporation has been doing wholesale business in the agriculture sector all over India since 1+81 and exporting hardware products to 12 countries. The product range offered by us is inclusive of agro, force, and energy divisions.
Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located in Ahmedabad. he has to cover all over Gujrat. The Business Development Manager will be. responsible for implementing sales strategies, generating new business, maintaining existing business, collaborating with team members, and monitoring market trends.
knowledge of industrial products, master of creating dealer network in all Gujrat.
good quality of team leadership and develop them. manage total field sales team in a effective manner to achieve sales goals.
perfect geographical knowledge of all over Gujrat.
hardworking and honest , long term vision candidate required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and planning skills
Solid knowledge of market research and data analysis
Ability to lead a team and be a team player
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector is a plus
Package
4,80,000 P.A. TO 6,60,000 P.A. + incentive + expenses
Preference.
Dealer network experience. Or large cap company sales experience. Knowledge of industrial products like V belt and lubricants. minimum 8 to 10 year experience required to build dealer network.
