As a growing organisation, we are now seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development and Intake Officer to lead our client acquisition and onboarding process, helping us expand our reach and support more participants.
About the Role
This role is pivotal in connecting marketing strategy with service delivery, ensuring clients feel informed, respected, and supported from first contact through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and acquire new NDIS clients to help grow APDS’s client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Area Coordinators (LACs), hospital discharge planners, client coordinators, and community networks to generate referrals and participant leads.
Lead and improve the intake process across services (SIL, Community, Plan Management, Support Coordination).
Conduct needs assessments using NDIS plans, allied health reports, and behaviour support plans.
Prepare tailored Service Agreements and Quotes aligned with NDIS funding.
Drive business growth through market analysis, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
Represent AUPDS at community expos, forums, and networking events.
