Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople. Liable for global business development and lead generation Requirement: International business development and client generation for Web & Mobile App Development. Also, Business Development Team Building & Management. Candidates should have sound knowledge in IT Business Development. Strong Track Record of achieving targets. Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skills. Must have exp. of International IT Client generation. Must be currently working with any IT Company. Experience with Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, follow ups and also coordinate with technical team. Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client Analyse business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same
