Role Summary
The TSM will be responsible for driving B2B SaaS sales across assigned Mumbai territories by acquiring housing societies and managing the complete sales cycle through field sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new housing societies for NoBrokerHood SaaS platform
• Prospect, pitch, demo, and close deals with MC members and facility managers
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and achieve monthly targets
• Build pipeline through field visits, referrals, and local networking
• Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with onboarding teams
• Track competition and share market feedback
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Field Sales
• Strong field sales and closing experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with extensive local travel in Mumbai
• Target-driven and execution-focused mindset
