Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager for B2B Wealth, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B network and onboarding direct clients (B2C) to increase our client base. Your main responsibility will be to meet and onboard new partners/sub-brokers for investing in Fixed Income Products and Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expand B2B network by meeting and onboarding new partners/sub-brokers for Fixed Income Products and Mutual Funds
• Onboard and service IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), sub-brokers, and channel partners to increase our reach
• Regularly visit potential partners/sub-brokers and conduct cold calls to arrange meetings to prospect for new business
• Respond to incoming mail and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for Fixed Income Products and Mutual Funds
• Expand our B2B network by onboarding a minimum of 5 new partners/sub-brokers per month
• Increase our client base by onboarding a minimum of 20 new direct clients (B2C) per month
Desired Experience & Exposure:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling financial products through sub-broker/channel partner models, preferably in mutual fund and bonds
• Experience in onboarding and servicing IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), sub-brokers, and channel partners
Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to sell financial products
• Good knowledge of financial products and market trends
