Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Build strong relationships with potential schools and institutions
Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Generate leads through market networking.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against your targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business pipeline and sales activities.
Guide and mentor junior sales or business development executives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Understanding of industry trends and evolving business models
