Job Title: Business Development Manager (Gold/Silver Trading)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the gold/silver trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow our gold trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to expand the gold trading business, including identifying new markets, building relationships with existing clients, and developing new business partnerships

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including traders, suppliers, and investors

Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships

Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote the company's gold trading services

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and investors to showcase the company's gold/silver trading services and capabilities

Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient execution of trades and timely delivery of gold to clients

Provide regular reports on business performance and market trends to the management team

Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the gold trading industry or related field

Strong understanding of the global gold market and industry trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel domestically as needed
