JOB BRIEF
We are hiring business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls, inbound warm leads and other modes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
8. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
+. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
10. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
11. Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED
1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
2. Proven sales track record
3. Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Sleekbill)
5. Proficiency in English, Hindi
6. Market knowledge
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to build rapport

a. Minimum Experience BDM :- 5 years b. Minimum Experience :- 2 Years in Corporate preferred)
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Fluent in English, Hindi b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both) c. Ability to manage complex projects & multi-tasking d. Leadership skills e. Knowledge of MS Office
